Real assets. Digital ownership. Rules built in.

Tokens for funds, property, vessels, certificates and payments, with compliance written into the code.

01

Legal structure before code

02

Compliance enforced on-chain

03

Built with licensed partners

The world’s most valuable assets are still owned on paper, and traded at the speed of paper.

A share in a fund, a stake in a building or a ship, a warranty or a qualification: the record of who owns what usually sits in a registrar’s spreadsheet, a lawyer’s file or a filing cabinet. Transfers take weeks, high minimums keep investors out and every payout is handled by hand. Meanwhile, regulators in the EU, UK, Singapore and the UAE have written clear rules for doing this on-chain, and banks are already settling trillions on shared ledgers.

Tokenisation turns that record into a programmable digital token. Ownership can be split, moved in minutes and checked by anyone allowed to look, while the rules on who may hold it, when it can move and what it pays are enforced by the token itself. At vi-tech, we build the whole stack: smart contracts, investor onboarding, wallets and custody links, and the dashboards that keep issuers, investors and auditors on the same page. We work alongside your lawyers and licensed partners, because a token is only worth what its legal structure says it is.

Anything with value can become a token. We make it one people can trust.

Six capabilities for issuing, holding and managing digital assets, built for businesses that answer to investors and regulators.

Six layers inside every token we issue.

The token is the part people see. These six layers make it legally sound, safe to hold and easy to run. Tap a marker to look inside.

Minting a token takes minutes. Making it mean something in law is the real work.

Most tokenisation projects don’t fail on technology. They fail because the token isn’t backed by a sound legal structure, there is nowhere regulated to sell it or investors can’t hold it safely. So we start with the questions that decide whether a token is worth anything: what exactly does a holder own, who is allowed to buy it, where can they sell it and what happens when something goes wrong. Then we write the code to match.

Coded rules

Audited

Legal first

every token mapped to a legal structure and terms agreed with your counsel before any code is written

eligibility, holding limits and lock-ups enforced by the token itself, not checked in a spreadsheet afterwards

every smart contract reviewed, tested and independently audited before a single unit is issued

Licensed partners

Custodians, transfer agents, identity providers and trading venues chosen for your jurisdiction, so every regulated role is covered.

Safe by design

Multi-signature controls, key recovery, emergency pause and upgrade rules agreed in advance, never improvised.

Open standards

Built on open token standards and portable across networks, so your asset is never locked into one platform.

Six stages from first idea to a live, well-run token.

We test whether a token makes sense before anyone writes code, and we stay on after launch to run the parts that matter most.

British ships have been owned in 64 shares since 1845. The register is finally catching up.

Shipping has always shared ownership: vessels split into shares, cargo sold while still at sea, charter hire paid across time zones. Much of it still runs on paper registers, couriered bills of lading and slow bank transfers. Our maritime team has worked those deals from the deck and the office, and knows where they stall. We build tokenised vessel and fleet shares, digital title for bills of lading now that English law recognises electronic trade documents, charter-hire settlement in stablecoins, and digital certificates for vessels, equipment and crew.

Also building for real estate, funds, private credit, energy, art and loyalty programmes.

Three ways in. One team is accountable for the outcome.
